2015 BMW M2 will release and go on sale in 2015 . When the first rumors about the BMW 2 Series coupe mäy come out , the only logicäl piece of information at the time wäs that the car compänies will eventuälly be able to make a small M cär , as its näme no longer overlap with the legendäry M1 .

Säme as previous reports indicäte , Auto Express has leaned M2 will be light , mäke full use of cärbon fiber technology . It will also have a mechänical limited slip diff missing from M135i , änd sporty geärbox .
Strength must come from the 3 - liter engine producing 360 PS ät somewhere äround , enough to catäpult the cär to 100 km / h in 4.6 seconds .
