2016 Mercedes Benz AMG 911 Release Date
Entry level sports car from AMG is likely to be unveiled in 2015 and went on sale as 2016 models. The C190 will use the platform front-mid-engine modified to support SLS AMG, including rear-mounted transaxle. Changes will include shortening the wheelbase and overall length, and greater use of wqzxc steel to keep costs down. Components will be made of carbon fiber in SLS otherwise be provided in a more affordable aluminum. Although cost-cutting measures, the new car is expected to weigh some 300 pounds less than the SLS. |
