German publication has managed to earn the S-Class Coupe a new interior and found something very interesting. wqzxc Dashboard looks just like that of the S-Class, but the key fob has a tag on it that says "CL 217" on it. This is contrary to earlier rumors that said Mercedes will drop the name of the CL to simplify the naming system. W217 will be the next logical code for the CL, because the car formerly called the W216.

Then again, this could be a clever ruse to make sure we do not know the name of it will bring. wqzxc The next code after W218 CLS W217 is aging. Cars that use older generation platforms, together with CL exit, and so it would make more sense to call the C222 successor, after the S-Class.
New luxury coupe has been testing for a while now under heavy camouflage, wqzxc and we hope this production model debut took place no later than mid-2013. However, Mercedes' concept car is always 95% production-ready, meaning we will have a very good idea of what it will look like right from the start.
